My Special Needs began with a simple idea — to make care easier for families who need it most. Across Australia, many caregivers face the same struggle: managing therapy sessions, finding the right NDIS providers, and keeping everything organised while caring for someone they love. We wanted to simplify that part of life. By combining therapy tracking, NDIS disability services, and verified support providers, we built a single space where families could focus on progress, not paperwork. Every part of My Special Needs was shaped by lived experiences and conversations with people who understand what genuine care feels like.

With over twelve years in health tech, software development, and NGO collaboration, Hassan has worked closely with therapists, carers, and individuals with disabilities to understand the gaps in the system.
